Common questions

What counts as a vendor?

Any third party you invite into OnComply counts toward your vendor limit — contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, or any entity you need to collect compliance documents from. Inactive or archived vendors do not count toward your limit.

Does my vendor need to create an account?

No. Vendors receive a portal link and complete all requirements — W-9, COI, ACH, contracts, licenses — without creating an account. The link expires after 72 hours for security. You can resend or revoke at any time.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your vendor count changes. Pricing is based on active vendor volume, not feature unlocks.

What document types are included?

All plans include W-9, Certificate of Insurance (COI), ACH authorization with e-signature, document fill and sign for any PDF, professional licenses, business licenses, tax exemption certificates, custom forms, and custom PDF uploads. There is no per-document-type fee.

Is there a per-document fee?

No. All plans are flat-rate based on your vendor count. You can collect as many documents as you need from each vendor without additional charges.

What happens when a document expires?

OnComply automatically tracks expiration dates extracted from every document. When a document approaches expiry, you receive an alert and can send the vendor a targeted renewal portal link — they re-submit only the expired document.

How does the free trial work?

Launch, Starter, Growth, and Scale each begin with a 14-day free trial. Stripe collects a payment method during signup, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the end of the trial to avoid the first invoice.

Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Yes. A standard DPA is available for all plans. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom DPA terms. Contact us at admin@oncomply.biz.

What is the cancellation policy?

Annual plans can be cancelled before the renewal date with 30 days notice. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Your data is exportable at any time and deleted upon request after cancellation.
